of Validamycin Validamycin was first
discovered in 1968 in Japan, as a kind of new agricultural
antibiotic with good control on disease of fungi such as being
withered and ill of line to rice. This product is glucose glucoside
antibiotic of more than one kind of component parts, it contains A,
B, C, D, E, F and amounts to 6 component parts. Its main component
part is ingredient A, secondly is ingredent B, among them,
ingredient A has the best activation, also the highedt content, it
is the active composition which prevents and cures the line withered
disease of rice. Validamycin has strong ability of imbibing through
the leaves and stems of plant, after it is exposed to the hypha of
the line withered disease germ of rice, it can be absorbed and
conduct in the mushroom body by the cell of mushroom body soon,
lnterfere and suppress the cell of mushjroom body to grow, making
the germ lose ability of destroying, thus play the role of treatment
and protection.
